Horagai Terms of Use
Thank you for trying Horagai. These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for using the app. By downloading or using Horagai, you agree to use it in a considerate and safe way. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Entertainment use
Horagai is a small entertainment app that turns breath, device movement, and sound into a playful experience. It is not a musical-instrument course, a professional tuning tool, or a replacement for a physical horagai. The app may not respond to every breath, and it does not promise a particular note, volume, or sound on every device.
2. Safety and considerate use
Keep a little distance from the microphone and do not blow excessively hard into your phone or tablet. Keep breath moisture away from the microphone and charging port. Move the device gently, do not drop or strike it, and stop if you feel discomfort. When playing loudly, please consider the people, place, and time around you.
You are responsible for using Horagai in a way that is appropriate for your device and surroundings. Follow any safety guidance from your device manufacturer and local rules.
3. Devices, permissions, and availability
Horagai is currently provided for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 13 or later. The app needs microphone access for breath-based playing. Device microphones, speakers, operating-system versions, ambient sound, and other conditions can affect how it responds. We cannot promise that the app will work in exactly the same way on every device or in every environment.
4. Ads and Remove Ads
The app can be downloaded and used for free. The free version may show ads in Settings and while caring for your horagai. Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase; it is not a subscription. The App Store processes payment and shows the price for your region. Previous purchases can be restored through the app using the same Apple Account.
Purchase records and payment details are handled by the store. The app does not receive your credit-card number. Advertising and related data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Horagai app, its original code, artwork, text, and other included content are owned by the developer or used with permission. You may use the app for personal purposes in line with these terms. Please do not copy, sell, modify, redistribute, or extract the app or its original content without permission. Apple, iPhone, iPad, and other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Changes and availability
Horagai may change as the app is maintained. Features, content, supported devices, ad behavior, purchase details, and availability may be updated, paused, or discontinued. We will try to keep this page and the app's information understandable when an important change is made.
7. Contact
For questions or support, use the public GitHub contact page or contact @horagai_app on X. The GitHub page is public, so please do not post your name, email address, purchase details, or other personal information there.
8. Governing law
To the extent legally permitted, these terms are intended to be understood under the laws of Japan. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not excluded by this statement.
If a part of these terms does not apply under the law where you live, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
